I had a special request for some Stillers (steelers) colored slippers! What perfect timing to get them done too! Those Stillers have a game TONIGHT!
I wanted to make them extra special instead of just hooking up another pair of what I always make, so I wrote my own pattern this time. This pattern is fast and easy to work up. It even has a little zing in color change.
ATTENTION. THERE WAS MAJOR MISCALCULATIONS AND ERRORS IN THE ORIGINAL POSTING OF THIS PATTERN. THE UPDATED AND CORRECT VERSION OF THIS PATTERN CAN BE FOUND. HERE
Plus look at the back of these things!!!!!
This is a cute pattern and I’d like to try it. I’m confused as to why it’s printed twice? I noticed that the size of the hook used for your husband’s slippers is different in the two versions. Which is correct? Are there any other differences?

I’m so sorry if it appeared to print twice. I have been having technical difficulties (toddler spilled on my laptop). The reason why the hook size was different is because ravelry did not give me the option to pick 8.5 for a hook size. Honestly, an 8 would work. He is a size ten men’s. I like to leave a little wiggle room because sometimes they shrink in the dryer. They fit like socks too so don’t be alarmed if they look small at first. If you have any more questions feel free to contact me raisingrobertsonscrochet@gmail.com. I would be happy to help!

I’m so sorry you’re having this problem. I see exactly what you are talking about and the error is completely my fault. I am going back to fix it now and should have the changes posted later this afternoon when i get back from church. Again I am so sorry to inconvenience you with my own silly error.

I just got back! It was wonderful. We discussed women’s role in Jehovah’s army! I’m very glad you pointed out the error. I’m fairly new at writing patterns so it is very helpful. Thank you. (Working on it now I hope it won’t be too long)
