It’s hump day. Yikes. There’s not a better reminder to take it easy and keep on swinging through the week than a hammock pattern review am i right!?!?! I’ve had this pattern on my ravelry queue for ages. I needed to make it for what seems like hundreds of stuffed animals in my home. Corina over at Stitch11 worked this pattern up for her lovely daughter. I see a lot of the same personality traits in my Henry as i do her daughter, and so i really should of made this sooner with knowing how much She enjoyed the hammock.
Anyway, i decided to finally make it and i went a bit overboard. I made three of them. They were super easy and quick to hook up i couldn’t resist. I even had time to finish writing that pattern i’ve been promising on top of an additional pattern i finished today inspired by my Grandma. See below for details!!!
Back to these hammocks. I could gush about Stitch11 patterns all day. I have yet to find a problem in any pattern i’ve tried over there. This pattern was no exception. Although i found the start of row 3 tricky, it’s easy to see if you are right or wrong a few stitches in.
They ended up super sweet and colorful, don’t you think? I used red heart super saver solids for all three. You can find this great pattern @ Stitch11.
Tomorrow expect some summertime goodies. Another rad pattern review as well as a sweet little spontaneous Pattern i wrote today! 🙂 I’m saving my very first written pattern (Didi’s flowering Cactus) for Friday. Keep your eyes peeled this week/weekend for even more designs by me! ❤
Love those hammocks! Really cute! Can’t wait to see what else you come up with!
